The start of my Yoga journey and Uptown Yoga
I decided I’d try yoga when I saw what incredible results @CourtneyCrave had been getting. So, being the @JillianMichaels fan I am (and being too poor to afford a membership anywhere), I ordered her Yoga Meltdown dvd, which also came with a mat and a bag at a good price.
After doing the video a couple times a week for a few weeks, I was bored already. It was ok, but not nearly as good as...
